We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate with that same hands-on approach. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, that is on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.
